Scopriamo insieme cosa è l\'autoconsumo collettivo nei condomini e i suoi benefici." +"content": "<div class="component paragraph"><h2>Il fotovoltaico nei condomìni</h2><p>Fino a oggi l’energia prodotta da <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.agnenergia.com/it/condominio/fotovoltaico/porta-il-fotovoltaico-nel-tuo-condominio" title="Fotovoltaico per i condomini"><strong>impianti fotovoltaici condominiali</strong></a> era sfruttabile solo per coprire i consumi elettrici delle parti comuni, come scale, atri d’ingresso e ascensori. Il nuovo decreto consente l’installazione di impianti con potenza inferiore ai 200 kW e una fruizione dell’energia prodotta anche da parte dei singoli inquilini.</p><p>L’installazione di pannelli sui tetti del condominio permette di <strong>produrre energia elettrica</strong> che verrà poi condivisa tra tutti i condòmini grazie alla rimozione di quelle barriere legislative limitanti lo scambio di energia rinnovabile.</p><p>Il condominio, tramite l’amministratore, deve rivolgersi a un tecnico abilitato che valuterà lo spazio disponibile all’installazione e stimerà l’energia richiesta. Qualora la superficie sia abbastanza ampia, si potrà realizzare un vero e proprio autoconsumo collettivo: un impianto condominiale da 10 kW sarà infatti in grado di soddisfare le esigenze energetiche di 3 o 4 famiglie (tenendo in considerazione che per una famiglia autonoma può essere sufficiente un impianto da 3kW).</p><h2>Il solare in Italia</h2><p>Il <strong>GSE</strong> stima una produzione di energia solare in Italia di oltre <strong>20.000 MWh</strong>, che permette di soddisfare l’80% del fabbisogno residenziale. È importante evidenziare come la produzione di energia vari in base alle modalità di installazione dei pannelli e alla zona geografica in cui sono installati: nel Sud Italia, il rendimento di un impianto fotovoltaico può infatti essere maggiore anche del 150% rispetto a impianti del Settentrione, grazie ad una migliore esposizione e migliori condizioni climatiche.</p><h2>Benefici non solo economici</h2><p>L’impianto fotovoltaico porta a importanti <strong>benefici </strong>a livello economico: oltre a una riduzione dei costi dell’energia elettrica bisogna anche considerare la <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.agnenergia.com/it/news/grandi-incentivi-grandi-progetti-cos-e-superbonus-chi-puo-usarlo-come">maxi detrazione</a> disposta dal Governo per il <strong>miglioramento dell’efficientamento energetico</strong>.</p><p>Da considerare è poi anche l’impatto ecologico: produrre energia tramite fonti rinnovabili, come il fotovoltaico, permette di ridurre sensibilmente l’emissione di CO<sup>2</sup>. Il fotovoltaico nei condomìni
Fino a oggi l’energia prodotta da impianti fotovoltaici condominiali era sfruttabile solo per coprire i consumi elettrici delle parti comuni, come scale, atri d’ingresso e ascensori. Il nuovo decreto consente l’installazione di impianti con potenza inferiore ai 200 kW e una fruizione dell’energia prodotta anche da parte dei singoli inquilini.
L’installazione di pannelli sui tetti del condominio permette di produrre energia elettrica che verrà poi condivisa tra tutti i condòmini grazie alla rimozione di quelle barriere legislative limitanti lo scambio di energia rinnovabile.
Il condominio, tramite l’amministratore, deve rivolgersi a un tecnico abilitato che valuterà lo spazio disponibile all’installazione e stimerà l’energia richiesta. Qualora la superficie sia abbastanza ampia, si potrà realizzare un vero e proprio autoconsumo collettivo: un impianto condominiale da 10 kW sarà infatti in grado di soddisfare le esigenze energetiche di 3 o 4 famiglie (tenendo in considerazione che per una famiglia autonoma può essere sufficiente un impianto da 3kW).
Il solare in Italia
Il GSE stima una produzione di energia solare in Italia di oltre 20.000 MWh, che permette di soddisfare l’80% del fabbisogno residenziale. È importante evidenziare come la produzione di energia vari in base alle modalità di installazione dei pannelli e alla zona geografica in cui sono installati: nel Sud Italia, il rendimento di un impianto fotovoltaico può infatti essere maggiore anche del 150% rispetto a impianti del Settentrione, grazie ad una migliore esposizione e migliori condizioni climatiche.
Benefici non solo economici
L’impianto fotovoltaico porta a importanti benefici a livello economico: oltre a una riduzione dei costi dell’energia elettrica bisogna anche considerare la maxi detrazione disposta dal Governo per il miglioramento dell’efficientamento energetico.
Da considerare è poi anche l’impatto ecologico: produrre energia tramite fonti rinnovabili, come il fotovoltaico, permette di ridurre sensibilmente l’emissione di CO2. Lo sviluppo di impianti fotovoltaici mira quindi a ridurre i prezzi della bolletta riducendo al contempo gli sprechi e l’impatto sull’ambiente.

Qualora la superficie sia abbastanza ampia, si potrà realizzare un vero e proprio autoconsumo collettivo: un impianto condominiale da 10 kW sarà infatti in grado di soddisfare le esigenze energetiche di 3 o 4 famiglie (tenendo in considerazione che per una famiglia autonoma può essere sufficiente un impianto da 3kW).</p><h2>Il solare in Italia</h2><p>Il <strong>GSE</strong> stima una produzione di energia solare in Italia di oltre <strong>20.000 MWh</strong>, che permette di soddisfare l’80% del fabbisogno residenziale.
